Virtual Jolson Festival
May 15-11, 2022

For the third year in a row, due to continuing disruption of our lives brought on by the worldwide pandemic with COVID-19, we were forced to hold another annual Jolson Festival virtually on the Internet, rather than gather together as we have been doing for so many years. While a disappointment, we were treated to a great group of new presentations, a main stage featuring some performers new to the Jolson Society along with a live concert by Richard Halpern for over 90 minutes, a few brave souls who posted karaoke videos, and even an auction of Jolson materials. Thousands of file views from all over the world demonstrated the continuing power of Al Jolson, and his legacy remains strong.

2022 Festival from the Video Department of the Society.
This DVDcontains all of the material presented online
including the full 90+ minute concert by Richard Halpern
